1. Most of the deadlines are extremely tight. 2. Difficult to find a work life balance.

StayGlad provides healthy work environment and give freedom to keep our views and ideas and give authority to implement approved ideas.

Every thing has its pros and cons. but here working at stayglad where i work like a family , its very hard for me to find its cons.
