Pros
A great team of coworkers
Cons
Below-average pay Burnout Culture Lack of Transparency Management not caring about work-life balance Fusebill was acquired a couple of years ago by this company out in Florida. We were given promises that weren't kept (ex: forcing everyone back in the office after being told it was supposed to be mostly remote). Meanwhile the CEO barely shows up herself, too busy with her instagram profiles and side hustles. All we got were vapid platitudes about how we should be grateful to even have a job while the company's valued at a billion but pays peanuts and expects everyone to be in crunch mode all the time. 100% isn't good enough. Product development has zero direction, being 100% reactive to every customer's whim. Management constantly putting the kibosh on obtaining new hires and combining positions that shouldn't be combined and will lead to burnout. "Jokes" about "vampire mode" where people would have to work evenings and weekends.
