Pros

-if You have luck of that 1% germs that survives Dettol then you can actually survive in the stavpay team😂.(conditions applied) -conditions -u must not be in UI Team, and you must be north indian or know Hindi. - New HR is good and supporting ( anyway co founder mostly don't listen to her)

Cons

Cons -UI team lead is complete unfit in terms of leading a team (he may be good at programming, but team leading 0skills) -he doesn't respond to you,and never supports you only acts as he is helpful in scrum - he loves firing employees and spoiling there future.adds 80-90% campus hires to his team and fires them after a while. (2021 batch ) 8 out of 11 were added to UI team,6 of them were fired within 6months 1 was moved to other project and was fired after 1.6yrs inspite having good feedback from seniors ,he was replaced with co-founder friends son. Another one left / fired ( status unknown) after 2 years. (2022 batch) 6-7 were added to UI team 2 ran away 1 fired after 5 months 2 fired after 10months inspite having good skills and finishing tasks on time. 1-2 are still unsure when will be there last working day. ( he is almost successful in clean sweeping old batch and start playing with new batch) (2023 batch) best of luck guys -if You complete task within time, ask doubts, not ask doubts (anyway he won't reply) , perform well it doesn't matter,he will fire you when he gets bored *Stavpay team is nothing but 3 people from Mumbai ( 2-3 campus hires who are not in UI team have still managed to survive for couple of years, kudos to them) -they are always hiring for senior developers, but not even 1head count is increased from last 2-3years. They had hired some senior developers and fired within a month. - stavpay team is only operating with the help of Vietnam teams outsourcing. (Note- above review is only related to stavpay team and I am not sure of other projects)

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Completely disorganized, not transparent, unprofessional company. Management sells a dream of the company going public and “everyone getting rich” to keep employees (especially young ones) hooked and willing to work 24/7. There are no business hours and therefore there is no work life balance. I was told that 8am-5pm business hours were not the norm. If the CEO needs something, you are expected to drop everything (even on weekends) to tend to his request (even if it’s not urgent). They also don't provide any equity. There are too many systems to keep up with internal processes and they are redundant and do not speak to one another. Management also defines a process and then changes it a short while after (or forgets about the previous process) and does not communicate the rational behind the change or value of the new process. Such decisions are made haphazardly. There is no HR processes or department in the U.S. to handle processes and concerns. Yearly reviews are disorganized if they are event scheduled at all. Large amount of micromanagement. Employees are required to log all of their time and tasks in their flawed internal system. Management sells that they are invested in their employees and culture but there is none of this. No 401k matching, severe lack of new employee training, vacation time is frowned upon, etc. I have worked for start up companies in the past, so understand the need for speed and potentially frequent changes but this company is completely disorganized and run by management that is really just looking out for themselves.
