Pros

Management cares about our company’s culture. They hire motivated, talented people who are passionate about their work. They schedule biweekly meetings to maintain transparency within the company. They create fun events, including ping-pong and foosball tournaments, company outings, and chair races, to keep a positive and fun atmosphere. They have plenty of snacks, birthday lunches, and sometimes continental breakfast. They’ll invest in training courses so you can thrive professionally.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which means you may have to work more than the usual 8 hours a day. However, that time may also include hours spent on professional growth or training courses.

Pros

I've worked for companies of various sizes, including Fortune 50 organizations. Working for Status Not Quo (SNQ) has been the best experience by far! The executive team truly cares about you and your family. Everyone you work with is authentic and real. I think part of that is because the company loves talking about how "we are a drama free environment". SNQ is the real deal. I truly feel like I contribute to the organization as a whole and that really matters to me. Other perks: --Snacks and drinks are free --They pay for your dry cleaning --You are surrounded by people that can help you with your grammar --Espresso machine is available for everyone --The company will randomly buy Starbucks drinks for everyone --Developers are a very quiet group of people

Cons

There really aren't too many "cons" but if I had to name two I would say... (1) Depending upon the time of year the sun shines through the front office windows and it feels like your retinas will catch fire. (2) Sometimes someone will put disco music on the Sonos sound system. Who does that?!
