Out of touch management - You're not valued here and viewed as easily replaceable. This company is a revolving door and certainly not a good place to build a long term career. You'll work 70+ hours a week and spend the majority of your time putting out fires and working through mind numbing sales processes to hit meaningless KPIs. No autonomy at all since you're micromanaged at every level. I implore you, look elsewhere.
