State Street is such a waste of time - Job Title Does Not Mean Anything In This Company State Street Employee Review

No raise for almost 5 years. They pay way below market for comparable positions. High cost health care from paycheck. All day meetings,in and out like they are really doing something for their employees. They only care about their clients.Trained by people who can't even communicate and very unprofessional. Bunch of meaningless assignments.
