Entry level claims - Auto Claims Adjuster State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Employee Review

The incentives given don’t make a huge difference in your pay. Unless you’re kissing up it’s hard to move up. I had worked for 3 years and continued to apply to get out of entry level and never could. Hard to negotiate pay. Every year you get an increase in salary but I feel it’s just to make it seem like they’re doing something. All in all in the end the merit raises really don’t show their true appreciation for what you do.
