Offices are nice, as is typical of a large company
Cons
SF has been seeking to cut their claims handling cost. In doing so they have become a company that runs a call center with loads of stats and they no longer care about the employees or customers. These entry level jobs are dead ends with next to no advancement potential. The work is very frustrating and the stats are difficult to meet.
