Pros

Great benefits but quickly losing then. Great people but quickly losing the best. Great opportunities for sheep but if your are an employee with ethics, brain, and skills you will not want to be here.

Cons

Everything has changed since I first started well over a decade. Moto is no longer like a good neighbor and for employees you know that value is not present at the company. Reducing benefits as fast as they can. Opportunities are giving to those willing to backstab or follow blindly. Basically looking for sheep. Anyone with great ideas that would benefit customers but clashes with leadership will have major issues. Micromanage is becoming the norm as they want sheep. There are some great people but they are in fear and prevented from doing what’s right.

Pros

(At the time) Fair pay and predictable bonus structure They were pretty good at covering travel expenses and paying them back quickly Diverse workforce & diversity initiatives Fun and funny coworkers Opportunities for growth Again, this was all four years ago and has likely changed

Cons

(At the time and now, according to other comments) Arrogant to a fault Total lack of innovation & willingness to innovate Odd attachment to the company's past (which prevents progress) High number of veterans (20+ years) who are determined to get that retirement money, and therefore, are resistant to change and technology Heavy reliance on command and control management style Poor decision-making that leads to losses of all kinds
