SFCTI tracks all of your activity and time on the phones.You will be penalized for any deviation from allotted time for activities. Daily "huddles" to discuss "metrics" that are recorded on your team's huddle board.Taking too long on the phone will put you in the red(bad), never mind that you needed more time to provide remarkable customer service. Weekly side by sides where your management watches you work. Weekly one on one to discuss your performance. The sense that big brother is always watching.
