Being a small team means fewer resources so most of us have multiple roles (which can be hard at times).

Everyone is really motivated and vested in making sure the company grows in a healthy fashion. We are like a highly productive family that shares the joy and spirit of the company. I'll struggle to find such anywhere that has such a nice balance between work ethic and friendliness again. Don't hesitate to work here if you get the opportunity.

I don't want to be one of those "there are no con" guys... But I honestly can't think of any cons working here. Good work ethic, lots of lovely coffee, growing company. If I absolutely had to pick something, it would be the fact that I didn't drink coffee when I started, and now I'm completely addicted to it. There are some coffee aficionado's in the office so I've slowly been introduced to world of coffee.
