Pros

They have money to throw at people to hire them since no sane person would join knowing even a little bit about how the founders are

Cons

- Pathetic leadership - Both founders constantly fight with each other and behave agressively with the employees - Absolutely no work life balance - founders whatsapp and call at any point of day or night - HR has absolutely no power, each thing is dictated by the CEO - They don’t even know the C of Culture
