Worst Company in entire Jaipur - Developer StartBit IT Solutions Employee Review

All below mentioned points are based on real experience by me and other members also. 1). There is no healthy environment for developers. 2). Freshers and new developers are considered as slaves because no one listen to their complains and if they listen it, they avoid it. 3). Smartphones are banned. If you have family emergency you need to take permission to go down stairs and make a call. 4). Working systems are slow and out dated. 5). Senior management have no etticates of how to speak with developers. 6). If you complaint about any senior developer or management person it will have very bad effect on your appraisal. 7). Appraisals are delayed upto 4 months. 8). Maximum appraisals are around 2-3k if you are just developer not management. 9). Strict time boundations. If you are late to reach office after 9:20 AM it will be counted as half day leave even if you work late. 10). You have to sit in the office for 9 hours otherwise it will be counted as half day. 11). No growth for freshers as well as less experienced developers. 12). Developers literally feels that they are only slaves in that company. 13). They deduct salaries without any clear mensioning about the reasons. 14). If you ask for salary slips, they ask you to drop a mail and never get reply. 15). There is no HR in the office neither any accounts department. 16). The company is not getting good projects at all. Believe me there are more cons but I think above points are enough to take decision. There are lots of better companies in jaipur even for freshers you just have to find with patience. But if you go in this company trust me your career is already on down fall. Please choose wisely.
