many cons is there basic salary is 8500 no PF your own money to travel whole city without pass daily bus charges is allmost 150 rupees in month allmost 4000 rs they provide 1500 for travel basic salary 8500 plus travel 1500 total 10k -4k =6k whole month no holidays saturdays also work morning 8am to 7pm even big festivals also no holidays they give target weekly but sales not happen even owner also work sales not happen no food provided you carry a launch box but you will not eat that box until you reach home to night bacause morning you will come to office 8.30 am and after 2 hours class and 10.30 you are going to field and doing sales allways hiring happen because all employs are leaving this work one or two days total employs working 4 or 5 members
