Realized after first month it wasn’t a good fit, went to HR requesting a transfer or at least a consideration for another manager. They told me I couldn’t apply for another position or transfer for a year. Met with HR again about the dynamics between me and my manager. Gaslighting at its finest. Got “let go” with severance pay and unemployment benefits for “business reasons.” I felt very disrespected by management and the company. I left an amazing company just to be treated unfairly.
