Basic salary is ok but overall remuneration (incl bonus, other perks etc) is 4th quartile, London offices are well located.
Cons
Exceptionally high turnover of staff in London, set up new lines of business only to close them down soon after, focus is entirely on enormous and unsustainable growth in the most competitive stage of the cycle.
