Starline Windows is led by a rotten clique of uneducated rednecks who have no work ethic, no integrity, no shred of intelligence, and no basic professionalism. They have no regard for HR procedures, and operate like an abusive mom-and-pop shop. They do bait-and-switch to attract new employees, but then once you get hired they backtrack on their promises. There is lots of turnover, and people are disposable like socks. The atmosphere is hostile, with lots of swearing done by upper management. Working for this company is an embarrassment. If you are looking for a professional workplace, do NOT apply for employment with Starline Windows.
