Cons
While you will never be bored from a lack of work, you will also scatter to learn things on your own. This is a company with little training for new hires. Heck, you're lucky to have your computer on your first day! If you manage to stay on board you will quickly learn many things: 1) You will learn how to do your job and increase your skills in your particular career path. But you'll do it from a fire hose that will eventually break you causing you to leave as advancing in your career and salary with this company is unlikely. 2) Stay long enough and you will continue to see just how many times a new piece of technology is labeled "a new era in hearing innovation." It begins to feel like Groundhog's Day. 3) They are trying to be more flexible, but the writing on the wall is that "old habits die hard." Pre-pandemic, the company was very rigid on flexibility. Work from home was a term needed to be kept quiet. 4) Direction as a whole changes multiple times a year.
