I love how I'm able to work independantly and autonomously at this company! I'm given the freedom to take initiative and develop a side project to benefit the experiment by reducing torubleshooting and electrical errors. I've developed my skills across a wider variety of subjects and fields than I ever expected to in coming here. The work environment is not stressful at all! The flexible schedule is also a great benefit! My supervisor often will give me praise for a job well done and has spoken well of me! The coworkers are all great to work with! The coworkers are always willing to help if I need it, The CEO is very energetic and personable, The benefits are pretty solid, Especially for an entry level role.

The starting pay is not the most competative, However I've heard hopefull things from some coworkers about your first raise? Raises, I'm told by coworkers and I think management, are merit based? That's is the only drawback, Everything else is great!
