Pros
The day to day Account Management staff were great, everyone looked out for each other. Half day Friday at the end of the month.
Cons
Senior leadership team were the most uninspiring and rudderless people I've ever seen in any industry. They are wholly out for themselves, always promoting each other whilst rarely acknowledging the people who do the actual work. Most accounts are global as they wouldn't have the ability to win anything locally. They have very little interest in staff or how accounts are running, the CEO once proclaimed at a full agency meeting "you're all replaceable". They lose ADs and AMs on teams and then replace them with and inexperienced exec... madness. The high turnovers says it all, if anyone lasts a year there it's a miracle.
