Pros
Starcity has a mission that really helps people and more importantly a team of founders and people who really give a crap about the mission. Yes they want to make money and yes Starcity will continue to have success - but what stood out about Starcity is it's actually a really nice to work with not only smart driven, awesome, but also kind people. So many people were shocked and realized how bad their last company was when they came to Starcity and realized how good of an experience working at a company could really be. If you want to work with great people who are driven to success and enjoy your time doing so then Starcity is the place for you.
Cons
Yes Starcity has had it's bumps in the road for sure. And it's not an easy mission - but a noble one that the world actually needs. They are innovating on how much people pay for a great place, construction and building techniques and the way communities are built - and that's not for everyone - as a lot of people would rather just participate and be better off at a SAAS company . But if Starcity speaks to you and you want to go along for the ride I think ultimately they will prevail and be that company that people look back on and say "I wish I had joined Starcity when they were early stage".
