Thank you for leaving this review and sharing that you had such a poor experience. Trust this is not acceptable nor what we want to build. I appreciate you bringing up our inclusive AE Sales community. As a remote company we aspire to continue building and maintaining cross-regional and cross functional relationships. As a leadership team, we have placed a lot of focus on fostering a positive growth and performance-driven culture and it seems this unfortunately was not your experience. Because we are focused and supportive of internal mobility, we have created a lot of career opportunities for first-time managers. However, it's no excuse - we need to focus more on setting our managers up for success through extensive management training.
