      Flexible from time to time but you have to show you are working. Developers are very collaborative and experienced.

      Cons

      Management sometimes does not know how to deliver and fewer developers working on many projects normally requiring a descent number of developers

      Pros

      There were a few nice people. I also got some decent experience from it.

      Cons

      Managers who can’t make decisions, low pay for an insane amount of work, constant pettiness and backstabbing. If you are any good at anything, expect more and more work to be dumped on you with no extra compensation. You are expected to be a team player when others need help, but don’t ever expect help or support if you need it. Horrible.
