Sketchy and full of miscommunications - Behavior Technician Star Future Employee Review

Upon signing on, you are thrust into your first session, you never meet with a BCBA, or do any formal paper work like fingerprinting, background checks, cpr certifications, etc. This is fine for those of us who know we are clear, but they are sending random people they just hired into a child's home without even shadowing anyone. There are constant miscommunications (partially due to language barrier), and it isn't clear who to contact for call outs or support. Still have yet to meet my client's BCBA in almost 2 months of working here. Client's goals were never formally discussed, but they sent a senior RBT to help.
