      None, minus five starts, arguably the worst company in that business

      Cons

      No bonuses,no sick pay,just punishments, pressure, Investigations and disciplinary, expect to treat you like a dirt. A very rude and arrogant transport manager who behaves like slaver and you are his personal slave.
