      Large organization which is great at the beginning of a career to advance.

      Cons

      Hard work is sometimes not rewarded, based on department. Low yearly raises.

      Nice work environment, got along well with the people I worked with and management was nice.

      Pay was pretty low but above minimum wage still.

      Pretty good work-life balance, good cafeteria options, free drinks and snacks, supportive teammates across all levels

      Cons

      Still has legacy code that is not maintained, lots of half-baked solutions that are now coming back to bite, and recent layoffs (multiple rounds).
