Great company to work for - Human Resources Manager Stange & Co Employee Review

Great place to work - yes it does get busy but I work with a great bunch of people which makes it fun. The company offer all sorts of long service awards and company discounts and we get a free meal on shift.

Other than working weekends - which is part of hospitality, I really can't think of anything bad.

Good pay as you get a share of gratuity. Structured management levels. Good food with discounted price.

Toxic & unprofessional management. They really don’t care about you you’re just a number no matter what level you’re at. High management (general manager) lack experience and only care about their GP. No yearly reviews or discussion of progress.
