Great place to work, so many things to learn as a beginner

Nothing specific to mention as cons.

I have worked there almost 3 years, it was a nice working atmosphere for almost 2 years. Colleagues were good enough.

One of the most useless is the HR, not a professional.Good for Nothing.Don't even know basic English. If we get a well mannered sentence through email(Onam,Christmas,New year,welcoming a new employee) ..definitely it can be searched from google. They didn't provide proper certificates at the time of resign. No separate documents for experience certificate and relieving letter. Instead of addressing 'To whomsoever it may concern' they provided like 'To HR, Company Name'. When I ask for the proper certificates CEO replied me that "This is the rule in Standout IT Solution and if you can't accept this you can move legally". If we won't tell the company name they are not going to provide the certificates
