1. Job Security- There have been a lot of layoffs for the last 10 months. Employees at every level are facing problems. Nobody feels safe here. 2. Door to Door cab is not provided. 3. New management is the super worst. How any good organization gets ruined due to bad top management. SCB is a living example of this.
