Pros
All over the world, so chance to move around .Superb Corporate & Wholesale Banking Division that is second to none, cash management is quite good too. Probably the bank that is going to huge when Africa takes off one day as they are all over the place there. Private Banking division has rosy future.
Cons
Anemic Retail banking division although big and powerful. No trading department, so product trades take ages esp in Wealth Management. Old fashioned managers that take forever to make decisions yet first to bail out to greener pastures when something goes wrong and let the subordinates take the blame. If you are outsourced (e.g SCOPE india )- you are screwed. Takes forever to get a PC and business card.
