Hybrid/flexi working arrangement Nice colleagues, willing to teach Almost every year have bonus
Cons
Lack of promotion, increment for staff. CEO on the other hand are entitled to increment. No increment for 4 years even when doing exceptionally well as evident in performance review. Yearly layoffs are common Financial results delivered in a nice manner - yearly increase in operational profits etc BUT doesn’t translate into financial benefits for staff. Low loyalty bonus for working for 5/10/15 years
