-Hard to get a position -They favor Military/Veterans over regular candidates -Advancement is a touchy subject

Great employees, wonderful and talented people to work with who genuinely want to do a good job. Previously cultivated and attracted quality talent. Christmas bonus is pretty ok.

Sub-standard Benefits. Increasingly abusive and toxic behavior from senior management. Raises have shrunk substantially in recent years, and now take 6-8 months to go into effect. Large turnover in long term employees. Little room for advancement, as most roles are hired from the outside, not promoted from within.
