Pros
Stanbic and Standard Bank have a top working environment and people culture, this is a very professional banking group conducive to long term career growth.
Cons
There are limited cons in Standard Bank Group as well as Stanbic Bank Kenya quite frankly, cost containment can perhaps be viewed as now being quite strong and this can lead to personal financial growth being constrained unless one changes roles within the Group. There is also quite a disparity in pay across and within business units.
