Pros
Great Staff: The Campus and High School Department's staff are all very passionate and a close-knit group. Flexible schedules: Depending on your region - You have a great deal of flexibility in essentially planning your own schedule and remote working (some cons to this as mentioned below). Developing skills: You are forced to become an expert in a variety of different skill sets (public speaking, managing/mentoring students, creating unique programs, event planning, etc). Travel: If you don't mind traveling you can rack up a ton of miles and other travel perks.
Cons
Slim opportunities for advancement within the organization. It's a great stepping stone in-between grad school or to take on a more mid-level job in the future. It's not impossible to get promoted but the average employee takes on the coordinator role for a few years and then leaves. Remote working opportunities: There are definitely pros to this as mentioned above, but not having an office and a team to work with everyday can be difficult for some.
