Every company has places to grow, At STi we are constantly trying to figure out what those areas are and tackle them.

Non ownership staff is very nice and excellent

Extremely poor decision making from the ownership. The owners are never here, they're nonexistent and have left their kids to run the company. And run it poorly too. The lack of both technical knowledge and common workplace knowledge from the day to day operations is very noticeable. These two will be the death of the company unless something changes.
