We recognise that periods of change, particularly with new leadership, can have a significant impact on teams, and it’s clear from your feedback that this transition did not feel positive in your case.
Over the past period, we have intentionally raised performance expectations across the business, alongside a focus on clearer goals, accountability, and support. While this direction is important for our growth, we acknowledge that we have not always executed these changes as well as we should, and we are actively working to improve how we support our people through them.
We take concerns around behaviour and culture very seriously. We have zero tolerance for bullying or toxic conduct, and we continue to invest in better feedback channels, leadership accountability, and people processes to ensure issues are identified and addressed.
