      Pros

      Generous holiday allowance of 6 weeks.

      Cons

      Corrupt management, Bullying, Familial nepotism. Head office in Germany doesn't get involved and lets the husband and wife team call the shots in the UK. Office itself doesn't even have hot running water (which is illegal in the UK). Very high staff turnover.

      Pros

      Stadler is a great company that cares for their employees, this is done through good benefits, working with great people and empowering them to improve their jobs on a daily basis. They are a growing company with a brand new cafeteria and about to expand their production significantly. It is nice to be in a company that is pumping so much money back into the company for future growth and stability.

      Cons

      Benefits are good, pay is average. Still need to improve communication between all layers of the organization.

      I think the work is easy. The pay matches up with most of the skills. The benefits are good.

      Most of the Management needs better training. The buddy system is toxic and slightly out of control.
