Pros

Management is really good at lying to get you to up your life to come work for them.

Cons

Management makes false promises that they have no intentions on meeting. They will promise you the moon in your interview, then the moment you come on they will go back on everything they promised. They will promise you quarterly raises that will never happen. They will promise certain placement for shifts and areas and again if once again go back on everything you had arranged coming into said position. I've been in this profession for a long time and this company literally is legitimate scum of the earth. If you're looking as a medic they will pay you the lowest wage ever trying to promise you a kush 48/96 schedule. If you're an emt looking for events they will promise you events such as nuggets and bronco games. When you get on they will send you to raves by yourself with very little training or preparation. Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else. There are plenty of IFT and 911 agencies that will pay better and will not down right lie to your face to get you to come work for them.

Pros

None that I can think of, honestly. Other than that Rodger is a great guy and was the only joy to be found at the company.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Supervisors play favorites. Managers don’t hold certain people accountable based on favoritism and personal relationships. They do not take harassment claims seriously. No opportunities for growth within the dispatch center. Opportunities for growth for field employees are limited and do not provide adequate compensation once they do grow into a new role. HR is ran by CEOs wife which causes conflict within the agency especially when someone needs to be out of work for injury or FMLA. HR tries to find ways around paying out employees for workman’s comp. Also mishandles pay, employee relations, and grossly oversteps her role within operations when she does not know how operations really work.
