Pros
StackHawk does a great job creating culture and a great product at a remote first company. As a small startup we run lean and work effectively, but don't take ourselves too seriously and have a lot of fun a long the way! Authenticity, transparency, generosity, humility and curiosity are important qualities that every team member has starting at the C-Suite, and there is mutual respect across disciplines and leadership levels.
Cons
It is remote first, so if you're looking to get back to an office, we have a small one in Denver, but other than that it's a lot of Zoom and Slack.
