Pros
While the company touts its remote-first structure as a benefit, it's truly the sole bright spot in an otherwise dim and disheartening work experience.
Cons
Working here feels like a constant battle against indifference. There's a palpable disregard for customers, vendors, and publishers alike – the bottom line is the only concern, consequences be damned. Management, despite their industry ignorance, micromanages those with actual expertise. They're masters of corporate jargon, adept at sounding supportive while ultimately undermining you. It's a deeply frustrating and disrespectful environment.
