The staff, management, and even President/CEO treat you AMAZING. The mission statement is clear cut - we take care of our community AND our own (coworkers). From the hiring process, orientation, to working independently, I don't have one negative thing to say about St. Joes. It is hands down the best place for CNA work in there area where you are appreciated, respected, and viewed as an equal among nurses and doctors.
