Pros

Nothing much positive to say about this mediocre agency. You are better working in a manufacture, putting lids on ice cream tubs, as it might be more stimulating and you will be treated with more respect.

Cons

If you had the chance to work in any given design agency, whether in Toronto or anywhere else in the world, you will never find any worst place to work. The management here is all about making profit, not offering good design solutions to clients, cutting corners and template design - nothing conceptual or clever - you just have to look at their website to see that. Like someone else have mentioned, this is not a place for gifted people, just desperate designers who are willing to deal with crap for as long as possible, until they find a better environment for creativity. Those who stay are the ones who can't find a job somewhere else. The people who are managing this agency would be better in a bakery or on an assembly line. This is not a creative agency, it is more like a cheap DTP office. It's at the bottom of the pyramid.
