Pros

Unlimited knowledge, experience and guidance from Senior Advisers and excellent support though SJP internal team.

Cons

None personally, but extremely highly regulated company (understandably), which means giving suitable advice can have a lot of red tape and take more time. I feel they are a lot more attentive to detail, and making sure advice is 100% suitable compared to other advice firms - where from an adviser perspective, can mean a lot of extra time and work to get things over the line.

Cons

High pressure to meet targets, limited flexibility, and compensation structures can feel unbalanced. Processes can be rigid, and progression may depend heavily on networks rather than performance alone.
