Pros
Breaks are monitored and most of the time given, if not, compensated for lost breaks. Good benefits. Great coworkers. The community is Bend is generally nicer to serve than in other areas I’ve worked.
Cons
Lack of education. Currently no ED educator staffed. However, the trauma program recently re-developed and seems to be going well. Inconsistent communication from management. Minimal management presence.
