      You will have a great deal of freedom to define your own processes

      Cons

      Project intake is out of control. Time tracking and human resource allocation for non-Union employees does not exist. Leadership has little respect for work life balance of employees and routinely neglects to staff appropriately.

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
