1. Low Salary Paid 2. 6 days of work, no WFH option. 3. They don't follow Holiday calander properly, and you have to put sick leave 2days prior it seems. Such a pointless rule. 4. No HR in the company, sorry that is not even company. It's a home called a as office. 5. No ontime salary and fun activities. 6. They mainly Target freshers, who's in need of job and get them for low salary and no hikes, no bonus nothing. 7. After reading all this also if you want to work in that home. Here are few tips, Don't be obedient to them(they will take advantage of you), Always raise your voice for what u need. 8. I better suggest doing as a freelance outside rather than working in that growtless company. Because no personal growth, no hikes in salary. 9. There are hardly 10people working there in which 4-5 are their family only. So they prioritize them more instead of other employees who really has talent or wants to work.

The space to explore grow and learn is huge in this startup digital marketing company, and the projects that they do are challenging and interesting. I have truly found a great way here to start my writing career.

The company is located in a compact residential area, but its great that now they are shifting to a bigger place.
