For me Squeaky has been a pivotal change in my career. I have been fortunate to work in multiple industries and company sizes throughout my almost 3 decades as a creative in NYC. It is energizing to be back in a smaller, fun, diverse and progressive environment where my voice is heard and respected, my talents are recognized and our common vision of trying to make the world a better place makes us close knit group. Squeaky allows people to continue to learn and grow and take chances. They took a chance on me [a former client] and I feel like I hit the summit in my career because of it.

As CoVid keeps us all from working together in one studio right now, it can take longer to get to know people and learn new skills.

Will help you learn the fundamentals of agency working, and a good "in" to the city . Strong internship programs. Feel-good clients and creative work environment.

Compensation is not competitive whatsoever, borderline exploitative. "Family" culture is used to excuse not providing other regular benefits or formal structure (there is no real HR department). Inappropriate comments made about employees or their clothing is made under the guise of being "real," especially when it comes from company leadership. Leadership can bully you into submission if you're not a strong personality.
