Pros
I disagree with another review on here about micromanaging. At least in my experience at SquareWorks I have not felt like I have been micromanaged. I feel that I am trusted to get done what is on my plate everyday while having a team and management available to reach out to for help/questions/escalations. I think one of the biggest pros to working at SquareWorks is the availability of management and team members to collaboratively solve issues while not feeling like someone is over my shoulder. Other pros include: Competitive compensation Flexibility of working remotely while still having several opportunities in the year to connect with coworkers in person at team meetings/events Small company feel
Cons
Not a whole lot of cons for me but some would include: Because of the small size there is not a huge knowledge pool that you may have in larger companies Occasional slow periods where it is difficult to stay busy It would be nice if the bonus structure was not based only on utilization, as there are lulls that are not the consultant's fault
