In order to succeed you must be willing to hustle and use the tools provided to your advantage, you can sell multiple units a month, while being payed a salary and receive commission. You can grow your salary quickly and move up in the company if you are willing to put in the effort and utilize the training provided.
Cons
It is a 9-5 job, so you have to be willing to put in the hours, however you’re not required to work outside of those hours. It is a difficult time in real estate with condo sales being down, so you do have to push harder.
