      It was great when I joined The best lead has left and the new ones are not so competent CS is like a titanic with no real captain. It lacks vision, direction, everyone is complaining and the atmosphere is a bit negative Salaries are still low compared to other companies in Ireland CS is like a call center now

      Pros

      mid level people managers do care about their staff and employees and try to do their best with what they have.

      Cons

      Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
